1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Damaged or Defective Products

4. Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 4–5 business working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, based on the customer’s confirmation and provided details.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to damage or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
