1. Eligibility for Returns
We strive to deliver quality products and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Returns are accepted only for purchases made through our official website: www.planterwala.com.
Non-returnable items (listed below) are not eligible unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, perishability, or customization:
Used products or those damaged due to misuse.
Farming feeds, consumables, or perishable items.
Customized or made-to-order decor/garden tools.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund (as applicable).
4. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 4–5 business working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, based on the customer’s confirmation and provided details.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to damage or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for return shipments to ensure proper delivery.
Replacement will take 3-5 business days
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 4–5 business working days.
